Returns and exchanges

Because our wallpaper is custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to make exactly the right choice, which is why we always advise you to carefully check the dimensions and include a minimum margin of 5 cm extra with your order. This helps to ensure that your wallpaper fits perfectly and there are no problems with the quantity.

Exception for defective or damaged products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ensure that the problem is resolved quickly and offer a suitable solution.

Right of withdrawal

Although custom-made products such as our wallpaper cannot be returned, we do offer the option to fill out a withdrawal form. This form is mandatory by law, so you know that your rights are respected, even if the product is not returnable.
