Welcome to Days of Bloom. These general terms and conditions outline the agreements that apply when you place an order through our webshop. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via www.daysofbloom.nl.

Days of Bloom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. An order will always be subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Days of Bloom is a Dutch wallpaper and design brand founded by Elles Rodenburg.

3. Products and Customization

All wallpaper from Days of Bloom is custom-made based on the dimensions you provide.
Because it is custom work, the wallpaper cannot be returned or exchanged.
We recommend measuring carefully in advance and possibly ordering a sample first if you are unsure about the color, material, or design.
Small color differences between a sample and the final wallpaper may occur due to the production process and differences in print runs.

4. Dimensions and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for correctly providing the right dimensions.
We advise always adding at least 10 cm extra margin to both the height and width of the wall. This prevents problems with walls that are not perfectly straight.
Always measure the entire wall, including windows and doors.
Days of Bloom is not liable for errors arising from incorrectly supplied measurements or insufficient material ordered.

5. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be easily placed via the webshop.
Payment can be made securely via:
•    iDEAL
•    PayPal
•    Credit card
•    Klarna
All payments are processed through a secure payment environment.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Our wallpaper is custom-made. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 2 to 5 working days.
Different delivery times may apply for international orders.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
•    Free shipping from €50,-
•    €4,95 shipping costs for orders under €50,-
For international shipments, the current rates of the carrier apply.
Although we do our best to meet delivery times, no rights can be derived from them.

7. Applying the wallpaper

Days of Bloom wallpaper is printed on high-quality non-woven wallpaper and is easy to apply.
With every order, you will receive clear wallpaper instructions with tips for applying the wallpaper. In addition, we advise:
•    to make the wall smooth, dry, and clean;
•    to use suitable non-woven wallpaper adhesive;
•    to follow the instructions carefully.
On the 'Wallpaper Instructions' page, you will find additional information and useful tips for applying the wallpaper.
Days of Bloom is not liable for damage, incorrect application of the wallpaper, or errors that occur during wallpapering.
If in doubt, we recommend engaging a professional wallpaper hanger.

8. Returns and Complaints

Because the wallpaper is specially custom-made, there is no right of withdrawal as applies to standard products.
Custom orders therefore cannot be returned or canceled after production has started.
Check your order immediately upon receipt.
Is there transport damage, a damaged product, or a production error? Please contact us within 5 working days via info@daysofbloom.nl and include clear photos. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

9. Colors and Images

We do our best to display colors as true to life as possible.
Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, light incidence, material, and production. 
No rights can therefore be derived from color deviations.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, images, texts, and content of Days of Bloom remain the property of Days of Bloom.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or commercially use designs, images, or texts without written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data carefully.
Personal data will only be used for processing orders, customer service, and communication related to your purchase.

12. Liability

Days of Bloom is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use or incorrect application of the wallpaper.
The liability of Days of Bloom is always limited to the amount of the relevant order.

13. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements and orders.
Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
