At Days of Bloom, we strive to always provide you with the best possible service and products. However, it can happen that something doesn't go quite as you expected. Should you have a complaint, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, so that we can work together to find a solution.
How can you submit your complaint?
Complaint by email
Contact us via info@daysofbloom.nl to make your complaint known. We aim to respond to your complaint within 2 working days and to come to a solution together.
Mediation via Webwinkelkeur
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can make use of the mediation service via Webwinkelkeur Dispute Mediation. Webwinkelkeur offers an independent mediation service to resolve the dispute fairly.
European ODR Platform (Online Dispute Resolution)
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit their complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. The ODR platform offers an online solution for disputes that have not yet been handled elsewhere. We encourage you to consider this option if your complaint cannot be resolved through other channels.
